What does "made-to-order" mean at Return To Sender Studio? Each piece is produced from our existing collection once your order is placed, rather than held in mass-produced inventory. This allows us to maintain a smaller, more intentional production process and reduce excess waste. Made-to-order is not the same as custom or bespoke clothing — we do not offer fittings, tailoring, or garment alterations as part of this process.
How long does production take? Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be made before it ships. You will receive a confirmation email once your piece is complete and on its way.
Can I request custom alterations or a tailored fit? At this time, we do not offer custom fittings, alterations, or made-to-measure services. All garments are produced to the standard sizing outlined in our size guide.

How do I know what size to order? Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing against the chart, as fit can vary by style.

Return Policy
Because all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, change of mind, or any other reason once production has begun.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will work with you to make it right.
Approved exchanges or corrections must include all original receipts and tags.
All shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable and are at the customer's expense, except in cases of confirmed damage or error on our part.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed in the form in which payment was received. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to process.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
All sale items are final.
Shipping
All of our pieces are made to order. Please allow 3–4 weeks from the order date for your item to be produced, depending on order size, before it ships.
Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS.
International orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx.
As soon as your order leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email or text with your tracking number and a link for tracking your order.
